Winchelsea Community House is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management drawn from the local community. Committee members help shape the strategic direction of the organisation — setting priorities, overseeing finances, reviewing policy and supporting the team.
You don’t need a business background or governance experience — just a genuine interest in community wellbeing and a willingness to contribute your time a few times a year. The committee meets regularly and new members are warmly welcomed.
